問與答是的，胚胎植入前基因診斷(PGD)已用了多年，準繩度達99%。有，但沒有一種比PGD可靠，或準確度可媲美PGD。合法。可以，胚胎專家可利用單精子卵細胞漿內微型注射法(ICSI)將單一活動精子注射到成熟的卵子內，所需的精子數目只需等同於卵子數目。ICSI現在已被廣泛使用於IVF上，而且受精率十分理想。到現時為止，沒有證據顯示PGD會令嬰兒的不正常率或染色體異常率增加。當胚胎細胞被抽出時，這些細胞仍未作分工，即每個細胞均屬一樣，可分裂發展至身體的不同部位。在這階段，取去胚胎的1-2個細胞不會影響胚胎的正常發育。若刺激卵子成熟部份在香港進行，需在外地逗留時間約為10天。胚胎移植後2天。最好平躺在床或椅子上。我們通常建議病人在胚胎移植後，留在床上休息10-30分鐘。胚胎移植後3-5天可以有性行為，以不激烈為準。...
